I know this is dumb, and I have some friends in Brooklyn at the best Vintage Analog Studio on the east coast (I swear to Analogod!) Trout Recording is incredible...so incredible I just went out and bought a bunch of old R2R's on Ebay and have to get them calibrated, fixed, and set-up properly without spending an arm and a leg. Anybody have some friends/techs in NYC that could help with a Tascam 38, TEAC 80-8, Tascam 35 Mixer/Console, and a junk Sanyo 1/4 in......I want to learn how to fix and reburbish these machines, best place for parts, (Tascam in LA?
