Ok, my problem is as follows… If I record an audio track in Cubase then send it out of the Profire and back in onto a separate track the timing is always inconsistent

I’ve been using them without problems for a long time, then out of the blue Reason says it can’t find the engine and asks to reinstall. Reinstall I did and no dice! Reason still works as a standalone and through Logic

All other projects are fine, but this one loads up, and then promptly crashes–Cubase just disappears…no icon visible, no warning
