I posted this in the cave but it might be better in here very nice samples on this kit heres a quick recording of them if anyones interested (sorry the keyboards so loud but I never really mixed it) no effects added or mixing on the kit...and sorry the genre probably doesnt let you hear there full potential but they are great (the tight kit could be used on most modern genres..hip hop, house stuff, R&B etc) this is the full set open kit which is a sampled Ludwig Vistalite Tequila Sunrise... there is also a tight kit (Premier) and a four mic option as well as lite (quicker loading) options http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3146805/test.mp3 I havent tried SD2s vintage kit but you need the full programme to run it whereas this is $50 cheaper and will run on the free kontakt player Its a pain to channel out the drums to separate tracks as you have to use kontakts mixer as the kit doesnt have the option and the load times are huge...really huge i definitely think ill get the 60s kit later after hearing this and hopefully there will be an 80s kit with plenty of reverbed snare ;)
