		<description><![CDATA[ When record enable is on and you press play, you can record things on that track and when you punch in and eventually finish recording you can drag the region back and the bit that you wern't punched in for shows up on the region and was recorded all along. Is there a way to turn this off as i beleive its slowing my computer down? When a track - or most often, multiple tracks - are record enabled, when i press play to get ready to punch in, there is a huge delay in when it starts playing. ]]></description>
