So I’m temped to sell the e914 and buy another mk012. I can probably almost get enough for the Senn to get another used mk012 and have both modded my Michael Joly.

I’m on the look out for a matched pair of pencil condensers to cover overheads, stereo guitar recording and other instruments. I’ve had my eye on the “rode nt5″ and the “sontronics stc-1s” I know the nt5 is quite highly regarded in its price range so i’m looking for some feedback on the stc-1s.
