I’m going to upgrade the pedal EQ, tuner, and noise gate to better rack versions and downsize the board, but I’m uncertain about what else I’ll need.

Tried the Beyer M88 TG over the years and though more natural than the AKG, I found that there was something just not quite right about how the kick drum sound was translating. Some drums sounded good while others just did not like this mic
