Where do you do your tracking? Mixing? First impression is everything!

Out of curiousity do you guys track vocals at home or go to a local studio? How about mixing? I reside in Washington DC and I can’t find a studio that suits my needs.

Wow, this is fantastic! Like many others on here, I am a huge fan of both your solo work and the albums with the “Project”. Eye In The Sky and Ammonia Avenue are 2 of the albums I still own on all formats: LP, cassette, and 2 copies each on CD (including the new expanded versions!)

Damaged Ears

I just got back from my first visit to an Audiologist ( Musicians’ Hearing Services: hearing protection for musician ) and here’s the results (left chart is right ear, right chart is left ear) I went to get checked up as felt I was having problems, but didn’t realise it was so bad. So I’ve now been fitted for some ER15s and will wear them religiously at all band rehearsals, live gigs etc from now on
