pro tools/desk, level line up

HI chaps her is a thing, i use a protools template to line up my desk every day, i have pin noise routed to 16 outputs, those 16 outputs connect thru the patch bay to the ins of 16 channels of my desk , soundcraft 6000, and im not happy with the way im lining up , the level from the desk seems quite when i send it back to tools, and im diggin up a lot of noise, o the way back to tools, is there a tried and tested way , you al like for this line up?

Software update informed me of a new “Mac Pro Audio Update”: This update addresses an audio anomaly that some customers may hear coming from inside their Mac Pro computer when using FireWire audio devices. This update is for Mac Pro (Early 2009) computers running Mac OS X v10.6.3.

So after knocking around on an acoustic for almost all of my live shows now for the last 5 years I am thinking about picking up a new guitar… Problem is of course money being that I lack it. So my options seem to be to just make due for a while till money changes or I figure something else out.

My Budget OTB setup … Console – Midas Venice 160 DAW- Pro Tools M-Powered Interface – M-Audio Lightbridge Converters – Lucid ADA 8824 x 2 Clock – Lucid Genx6 Computer – Macbook Pro MBP > Lightbridge > Lucid 8824 x 2 > Venice 16 channels Venice > Lucid > Lightbridge > MBP I’ve never mixed out of the box before and I’m trying to wrap my head around it.
