Just wondering if anyone knew of a good way of silencing the pads on my yamaha dd-55 electric kit? I use it for triggering samples in some stuff, and I wear headphones, but the sound of me whacking the pads with my sticks really carries, and I don't want to disturb the neighbours! I know for acoustic kits & the rock band drums (or any large size electric kit) you can get silencer pads, but the pads on my yamaha are rather small. Is there any kind of DIY way I could silence them a bit
