How is everyone else dealing with the brain meltdown + bad mood syndrome you get after being in the studio all day? We work long hard hours here and I often find myself apologizing for getting into a funk around hour 12 or 13…someone suggested having a handful of nuts around hour 10. Should I cut down on the coffee
