I just got a call from an A&R at Universal..

So I just got this call from a person named “Christopher Gordon” claiming to be an A&R at Universal Music & “So Unique Entertainment” who has worked with top artists such as Ciara and that he was actually editing her new video… He said he likes my music on myspace, Soundclick & videos on Youtube and that he wants to promote my music and present it to the major labels.. However, he says I need a budget and a business plan to get that rolling and ultimately a total of $2,000 for his services, payment method; Western Union..
