Remixing a pre-made beat/ insturmental …options ?

Here’s the story, I’m going to recording and mixing a couple tracks next week for a couple local dudes. Problem is they bought the beats already premade from the net and from another local studio and the “beat makers” (lol) have no clue ofproper levels, stereo field placement to say the least
