Exporting Mix

Okay so im trying to step my game up as far as my mixing goes, and i like mixed the **** outta this one song and it sounds luvly but idk how i should export it, idk what any of the shyt in the export window means…well i know the basics like a wav file is high quality than an mp3 but other than that im at a loss. And should i normalize if its going to b mastered later..PLZ help and im not doing all that post production stuff just the mix and emailing it to the studio were we record F.Y.I im using logic 8
