Is s/pdif digital qudio the same as digital coaxial?
May 11, 2010 Recording
I used to think the above cables were the same, but I went to a local electronics supply to pick up a s/pdif cable(rca), and all he had were what he referred to as 75 ohm coaxial. Well it was 75 ohms, and it did have rca ends, but the cable itself was like that of cable tv, etc., instead of the more pliable type I’m used to.

Quality cable coming out the other end of a DI? Tone still to be Preserved?
Everyone knows about the cable wars in regards to using a good guitar cable. But once its in the DI what cable is recommended on the DI.s outout? For example I have a sansamp which I could come out 1/4″ or xlr.
