+48v from 003+ to external preamp?

Hey, guys! This one is probably very silly, fell free to slag me big time :) Is it possible to send phantom power from Digi 003+ to an external pre that doesn’t have +48v on board, like True Systems P-Solo (Ribbon version) if I ever decide to use that pre for condenser mic?
