Dbox to folcrum/Levr combo?

Thinking about making this change, if only to have more channels of summing/outboard. Given that my D/A is up to par (and it will be soon) would the folcrum/levr combo be a step up from the dangerous summing? I don’t necessarily dislike the dbox, but it is a bit clean sounding if I could nitpick, and would like a little more mojo…

Input impedance of DI with an input pad

I’m in the process of considering my options for building a DI, an the issue of the pad has me confused. Mostly I’m basing myself off this schematic: http://jensen-transformers.com/as/as066.pdf So the above DI would show you a respectable input impedance of 140k (loading a 1k input imedance preamp)
