Mac cpu problems

Hey guys i am trying to find a way to network my two macs so i can use a daw in one and my vsts in the other. The reason i am asking this is because my macbook alone keeps having cpu overload problems with specific instruments and vsts i know i could use nodes since i am using logic however most of my vsts are not part of the ones that come with logic therefore nodes do not work.

Pro Tools 8.0.3 Big Help

I got a new imac loaded in he guts in dec and loaded all the contents of my macbook into it…some of the stuff wasnt compatible with snow leopard and was crashing pro tools constantly…anyone have any sugesstions on how to find incompatible plugs or software, and whats the best way to clean it out… I’m crashing constantly on sessions that used to run just fine…what should i do? lfranz5451
