Does anyone know why a sample would play in windows media player or itunes. But not cubase or fruity loops

Fruity Loops Problem

So i just got this new neptunes drum kit. & some of the sounds don’t work in fl studio. They play in media player & everywhere else but when i load them into fruity loops all i get is a click sound on the step sequencer instead of my sample
