Using Ren Eq vs Cambridge vs for surgical

For some time now ice been using the Renaissance eq for my surgical needs- I hear how many are using Cambridge, sonnox etc etc for this. Is their something I’m missing with using REQ – seems to do good for this application- thanks for any insight.
