looking for someone like a " mix mentor "

Basically, looking for someone that is a bit more qualified then I am with some history in this field, one that is willing to help out with some advice on mixes and perhaps is willing to share some knowledge to a fellow gearslut on an email exchange basis. Im from L.A, but now live in Shanghai, so its hard to find some decent mentors that have knowledge in the fields of music I am interested in, (actually there is none) /hip hop/funk/soul/dub/reggae. ( the golden age stuff, i am not fond of the wackness, not a autotune fan type guy
