Hi there, I have a log cabin 20′ long/13′ wide with glass doors and windows taking up one end. The space is divided in half so each room is around 10′/13′

Microphone for moist and moldy basement?
May 6, 2010 Recording
I’m thinking about making a little echo chamber in my basement. At the moment it’s really moist down there though, so I’ll be needing a mic that can handle rough conditions and still sound good as a room mic. I have an old Sennheiser MD211, a microphone that was supposedly used in the rescue of a group of mine workers trapped some 500 m below the surface in the late 50ies in Germany
