Inter-application audio software on MAC

I never used this type of software on Mac, which one to use? I searched Metric Halo forum , they suggest to use Soundflower with SpectraFoo. I have also heard about Audio Hijack Pro and Jack.

Hey anyone, i would just like to know, how the hell do the pro’s get their mix so big, wide and alot of depth? would really like to know if i could archive this by purely mixing in the box
