I got a job!

I know this is not necessarily the right place to post this, but I couldn’t figure which would be better. anyhow, I GOT A JOB!!! A few months ago, I asked a recording engineer in town who I’ve done projects in town with in the past if I could intern under him, he said yes, but it took until last week that I was actually in the studio. Half way through the sessions, he told me that, the person in control room B was going on a 5 month tour, and that he was going to rent it out to somebody and couldn’t find anybody.

woke up this morning…and the gas bug has bittne me bad… im still looking for my perfect tele…but this unlikely candidate just came out of nowhere… the fender jazzmaster…and to and extent the jaguar,mustangs and the mutt versions.

Is anyone making quad panners anymore?

Like the joysticks on old Pioneer receivers? I have an idea for a processor and the joystick would be the perfect control for the right hand, but damned if I can find any. Could be analog or an encoder, I’m not feeling too picky
