Bing Releases iPad App

2011/04/09

Those who know me (or my opinion-based content here) know that I tend to favor Google, the practical monopoly that  may or  may not be evil. It’s easy for me to say that, yes, Yahoo does entertainment better, Bing knows its sports, and Blekko is onto something with its human curation

New Google Grant Awards Researchers with CPU Power

2011/04/09

There are very few who would dispute that Google is on the cusp of modern technology, and those who do are probably smoking something. Google I/O, Live on the Web

2011/04/09

Once people realized exactly what happens at Google I/O each year – which is to say,  all the important announcements of summer releases, not to mention hundreds of dollars in free hardware – tickets became a more in-demand commodity than  Dutch tulips . This year, it took less than an hour for I/O tickets to be sold out completely, even and despite the larger venue for the event.
