over the weekend Google released an update to their algorithm most commonly referred to as the “payday loans update”. Google said it is “the next generation of an algorithm that originally rolled out last summer for very spammy queries.”
Europe’s high court has ruled that people have a “right to be forgotten”. This means Google and other search engines will be required to remove negative search results. It will take Google several weeks to figure out how to make this work.
Google has quietly updated the Glassware directory page for Glass Apps. This was rolled out sometime late last week or over the weekend.
Google announced today on their official blog that they are adding two new features to Google+ for desktop and mobile. The new features, called Stories and Movies, will bring together photos, videos, and places visited into travelogues and highlight reel videos.
