By now we should be used to Google experimenting with its results pages and ad formats , and well, we are, but it doesn’t stop a minor change from creating a frisson of excitement even when only about 0.5% of searchers in a single territory get to see them. The latest variation, as discovered last Friday and brought to my attention by @VikingWagon (probably not her real name, in fact it’s Victoria), is a new way of presenting Google Shopping Ads, ranked by customer ratings. Let’s take a look at the screengrabs, and I’ll try not to be too offended that I discovered @VikingWagon tweeted a certain Barry before me
