Google: Disallowed URLs Through Robots.txt Does Not Affect Crawl Budget

Gary Illyes from Google added to the big crawl budget article he published on the webmaster blog in January 2017 a new question and answer. It basically says that if you disallow a URL in your robots.txt file, then those URLs do not affect your crawl budget

Google My Business Launches Short Names, Cover Photo, Logo & More

Google My Business announced a number of updates to the platform yesterday to help small businesses do more with their Google Maps and local listing on Google. In short you can personalize your business profile by adding a cover photo, logo, and claiming a short name as well as add welcome offers and promotions.
